after 3 years and a little positive experience, we returned to the Cubic. first of all the service is excellent. and also the dishes are very improved. we have taken an egg on caps and fondue, cuttlefish and sausage, poultice and fassona cubes to Milan. All good. wide wine paper at good prices.

large local in via saluzzo, away from the casino of san salvario. the environment is intimate and friendly staff since the reception. we tried it to San valentino where they offered a dedicated menu consisting of two appetizers, one first, one second and sweet. I must say that it was all good and carefully prepared, the beautiful presentation with the right colors and combinations. recommended, definitely try the à la carte menu.

I can only recommend it! I have already been to the cubes on 3 occasions and all the time I am excited about it. all! the attentive and professional service (without being intrusive,) the sober environment but kept in the details and dishes prepared with a care that rarely lies. you feel the flavors of the various ingredients, are not covered by heavy dressings and the combinations are studied carefully and not discounted.
