restaurant in the heart of olbia with excellent specialties of sea (in particular) and land. intimate and warm environment, with the possibility to eat outside in summer. the dishes are excellent in quality and quantity, maria grace and her staff are fantastic. we were their guests with a group of friends and we will definitely come back!

as a tourist, in a tourist town, in the middle of the center of the historical center, the risk of invading in the famous trap (and already happened) is high. the paolo restaurant, however, is a strong exception. eaten divine staff, attentive and friendly, price consistent with the place, location and quality.
