The food and ambience was lovely, but the coffee was the worst coffee we have ever had! I know Australians are fussy on coffee but it was truly undrinkable! Order the tea!

Most enjoyable evening with food excellent, well prepared and presented Our only real criticism, as regular evening diners, is that the menu in the Trough does not alter that much. Maybe because we tend to come on a Friday? The fish special seems to nearly always be Sea Bass which is not particularly inspiring.

excellent eating, service and ambiente for the birthday of my partner. we have already eaten here and were thrilled that this experience was even better. we shared a tasty chacutery star, both went for the delicious sea stream main, and had apple pancakes (amuse) and chocolate nemesis (blissful) dessert. I didn't get the name of our main waiter, but he was charming, friendly, helpful and professional. I can't wait to come back.
