Our wedding anniversary needed a special celebration. We’d chosen to stay in the old city, but took a taxi out to the Parador to dine on the beautiful terrace with its spectacular panorama of Toledo. We enjoyed excellent regional dishes and wine, and service was friendly and very efficient. All-round outstanding.

this is one of the best restaurants in the network of paradors (sol del repsol guide) in terms of product, processing and personal. We were lucky to try the Greek menu with a view of the city of toledo at night and could not be better: to date, the best gastronomic experience of my life. menu details attached and chefs.

Excellent view of Toledo, especially at night with the city all lit up. The restaurant was tranquil, nice dinner music, food was original and delicious. Only recommendation is to improve the waiters table setting skills spilled olive oil on the nice table cloth before we got started eating, but were very knowledgeable about the dishes. We had lunch in the dining room and dined on the terrace for dinner. The views over the whole of Toledo are amazing and a beautiful setting for this Parador. This is our second visit here and it is excellent. The food, service, ambience are all of a high standard as are the rooms, bed linen, towels etc. definitely recommend staying here

exquisite food and treatment, at a round table with a wide and complete view. the quality and quantity of the dishes tasted excellent. the presentation and elaboration of the same very well solved. The waiter deal and the head of the room was great. One thing was, he invited us to the cafes in the cafeteria. We were sitting there all six in the armchairs and sofas up to almost nine, it was very comfortable to catch up. Thanks to the establishment to facilitate us and help us at this meeting.

Today I have gone with my family, in celebration plan, to eat in a special place. After going in the search for a restaurant in madrid, as we all wanted to spend a good day outdoors, in the end we decided to leave the capital, and with the excuse to visit one of the corners that, by the way, we discovered here in minube (the archaeological park of carranque,) we decided to complete it with a good meal in toledo. so if you want to pay a tribute near madrid and with the best views of toledo in front of you, the restaurant of the toledo parador is certainly a good choice. like other spider paradors, the truth is that there is little complaint to say about this site.
