We ordered food from this place and it was highly disappointing. The pizza that I ordered the Marinara one was vile and cold, I was literally eating tree and twigs and it had no garlic, the avocado salad was highly disappointing and the donuts were your regular donuts. Waiting 90 minutes and still no food. No answer to the phone, goes straight to voicemail. Unacceptable. If you can’t keep up with the demand, which I highly doubt, then don’t give an unrealistic time. I’d cancel and get a refund if I could get through on the phone. Decent spacious place located next to the cinema. Despite being quite empty service took a while. Good kid options. Pizza was ok, cheese not quite melted and basic quality ingredients. Incredibly slow service. 45 minutes to get a starter which was cooked pizza dough with baby plum tomatoes on top and unwashed greens, followed by a pizza arriving another 45 minutes later. We had to ask waiter to cancel dessert as we simply couldn’t wait another 45 minutes. Very strange as restaurant only had 8 customers at a time. Jade our host was lovely. Food was really generous and well presented, but wine choices were limited due to a late delivery. We had a 3 course meal, excellent ingredients in all. Sadly the pizza oven wasn't hot enough so our pizzas were flat and anaemic. Still polished them off though. Desserts are really nice and good portions. We will definitely be back to support. Really great first visit to Dough&Co, we will definitely be back! Unfortunately we forgot to take photos of the food and just dove straight in. It was delicious, I had a Margheritta and my husband had 'The Spicy One ' and a cheeky tiramisu to follow so good! Great menu, you can order a wide range of pizzas and burgers, and there's plenty of options including vegan and veggie. I had a calzone, which was delicious and cooked to perfection. My friend has a burger, which he said was very nice. Reasonable prices too. I went on a Wednesday evening and it was pretty quiet. People need to use the restaurants in town otherwise they won't survive. Give it a go.
