The food at this restaurant is impeccably cooked and stands out as one of the best on the South Coast. After trying many other options in the area, we found that the quality at this restaurant far surpassed the rest. Thank you for the excellent service. What an absolutely delightful fish and chip shop. Each fish is exquisitely handled, so fresh, you can almost imagine the fish swimming and gamboling in the sea. The fish is gently coated in a light dusting of the finest flour, before being bathed in a bath of the most beautiful golden batter, whereupon it is immersed in the finest hot oil to cook it to perfection. The chips are absolutely amazing, so uniform in size that I can only imagine that they must use a ruler to ensure that each chip is perfectly sized, before also being immersed in hot oil to cook.
