Dumplings are great. Service not so great. Prices are ok.

First tim Dim Sum experience, food was absolutely delicious will be sure to return. Service fast and efficient.

Dumplings are not good. Problem with dough. Fillings as well not vert tasty. Arrived not even steaming warm . I would not eat again dumplings at this place.

An okay meal in Chinatown- however service was slow. Very expensive compared to other restaurants in the area, but food was tasty. Very bright lights, didn’t create nice evening ambience

We went to our booking only to be told that the management don't recognise open table despite it still being on their website they might as well have told us to get lost! So so rude, never have i experienced such hostile service. I had my two children with me but was shown absolutely no regard at all. Disgusting.

Honestly the best food in Soho. I have been going for a decade. The handmade dim sum is exceptional. My favourite dish is honey roast and BBQ Duck. One down side is that the staff can be rude rushing you into the restaurant and rushing you out for a quick turn around. The food comes rapidly though. So if you are hungry and want the best food in Soho quickly, highly recommend. But if you are looking for a calm, ambient and leisurely experience, you may be put off by the staff.

With a long queue outside I thought my booking would mean I wouldn’t have to stand outside in the cold. But apparently not. Bookings mean nothing here and you still have to queue outside for 45 minutes with people who didn’t bother booking. A stupid system! When asking the manager why why booking didn’t actually mean anything I was told I could just cancel there on the spot. There really is no customer service or value of the customers. As long as they’re busy and have someone paying on each table they don’t care. The server was also furious when we didn’t want to pay the service charge.
