Chicken was not cooked properly and I couldn’t finish the meal

We had lunch at East Pan today, ordered dim sum and rice noodles. The taste was not good and there was only one waitress working there.

Overall was quite pleasant. The egg tart was delicious though it would be better if it were served last rather than first! No change there! Sticky Rice in lotus leaf was a bit soggy and very little chicken. Siu long bao was tasty with lots of soup inside. Beef balls had a big bit of gristle which was a shame. Radish cake had a nice consistency inside but I prefer it to be crispier. Fried bean curd was tasty... probably my favourite of the day. It's the closest dimsum to me so expect we'll go back

Went there for dim sum and starters only as we had other plans after. The dim sum were tasty, tasted fresh and handmade. The husband and wife serving us were very lovely so we decided to add a hot and sour soup as well. This was disappointing, however the lady did offer us a dessert in the end which was a lovely cheesecake. Overall we loved the atmosphere, dim sum and service. But the prices are even higher than China Town in London and portions are tiny. Paying just under £2 per tiny dumpling? Can't go here as a regular as would be way to expensive, would go there again on a special occasion. Speisekarte ansehen
