First time here for Sunday coffee,I guess the man who was working had got out of bed on the wrong side.first impressions count,having said that coffee was lovely.

I love this coffee shop, love the coffee but have to agree with previous comment. All staff are lovely, helpful and friendly except one. Never a smile, briefest interaction possible with customers and their coffee is often lukewarm. They really do not seem to enjoy... Speisekarte ansehen

This restaurant is the perfect pit stop for us while traveling along the A27. We also discovered GuageMaster Model Railway shop nearby, which was definitely worth a visit. The coffee and cakes were excellent, and we will definitely be returning when we are in the area.

Indifferent unsmiling service and time spent in cafe made fraught by overloud conversation between trade female member of staff and possible new client. The whole cafe heard every word spoken some of which was about the profitability of certain drinks the whole conversation was overpowering we will not return.

So so slow service. Quick to take your money and then forever the wait to get your coffee. Normally get a pastry or similar but today there was some mind blowing prices being displayed so thought better of it. Spotted a customer cleaning the cutlery from the cutlery tray which looked rank. Stumbled across this place whilst visiting area. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, fabulous Americano coffee, also had a cheeky cake, raspberry Bakewell which was delicious. Sat in cafe which was clean and comfortable. Good parking Great little shop where you can get probably any type of tea or coffee you could ever wish for! If you're in the area and you are a coffee (or tea) lover definitely recommend you drop in.

I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant before, but this Sunday at 14:30 was different. The male server was very unfriendly, rude, and seemed uninterested. We felt like we were a bother, especially when asking about the cakes we were ordering. I don't think it's unreasonable to seek clarification on a product when paying £4.25 for a small slice. However, the two female baristas who made our coffees were friendly as usual, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant. I may not return in a hurry.

We have visited this restaurant several times, but not in many months. When we arrived in the middle of the morning, the food options were quite limited, especially in terms of hot food. I decided to go for a bacon roll, which came out very crispy from the oven. The cakes were satisfactory for the women, but nothing here is budget-friendly. My large coffee came in a disappointing plastic cup, as did the mint tea. We chose to come here because it is local, dog-friendly, and spacious, but the lack of a proper coffee shop experience, limited food choices, and high prices make it unlikely that we will return.
