My favourite place for food! Every time I’m in cardiff I always go. Can’t wait to come back again. Service was amazing and food was amazing!! Loved it

Staff were really friendly and food was amazing . Nothing was too much trouble , didn’t wait too long for food , staff made sure we were looked after .

they did not accept our reservation and told us that there was a 40-minute waiting list! we have a certain time for a reason why we couldn't wait! never again Speisekarte ansehen

We booked a table online for 2pm but were told you cannot book online!!! So had to wait for a table.Once seated food was very good and timely. I do think it is too expensive.

the food was good overall, but the waffel was old and dry, even after the grilled hen was asked and was roasted istead. hasn't complained, though eating was good. nice waiting staff.

Waitress rude, no customer service whatsoever, felt rushed and took plates away without asking. If we were finished and handed us the bill without even asking, it wasn’t busy but felt pushed to leave as quickly as possible. Speisekarte ansehen

I really enjoy having breakfast here today and the waiting staff was also very attentive and the refillable hot drinks were also excellent value for money. we have not had an early breakfast here since just before the switch off in March 2020 and will pick up even more breakfast in the future.

Was waiting 25 minutes before even got seen to. Staff just wandered around has if nobody was in there. At least 3 other tables we’re waiting aswell has me. When we finally did get our order done, food was pretty quick coming which was really nice and the guy who brought us the Bill was nice and friendly. I’m just really disappointed that the service to get our meal was absolutely shocking

visited as fancied some americana. the ordered burgers who were both good and the sides were also good. really disappointing was the service. the staff really did not seem to care and a person sat in the bar area all the time when we were there. I suggest talking to them or saving money! server were not efficient and kept constantly talking about random things, ignore customers and in our case meant that we spent less money than could not be disturbed to wait for them to take our milkshake order. is not visited again because of bad service.
