Stopped off for lunch, service very, very slow. Food was only average, pork was almost raw and steaks over done. Over priced too. Drinks a real rip off. Totally disappointed.

Party of ten. We all enjoyed what we ordered. Great staff. Only negative was the 10% service charge added to bill without your consent, in our case was £26 . which they will offer to remove if you notice it and question it. Bit naughty, you need to stop it . We still left a £10 tip. Quite enough off ten of us.

Had a lovely gluten free meal last night. Very pleased with all the choices on the GF menu and the staff were very aware of cc. The service was great and the staff friendly. The only thing was the toilets were messy; toilet rolls on the floor, used tissue by the sinks and the cubicles were not the cleanest; thick dust along the skirting and toilet roll on the floor.

Went for a meal last night with 5 friends. The food was very good, the service was terrible. Asked the waitress twice for a jug of water, 1/2 hr later had to go to the bar and get it mysell. We were also waiting a long time for our main meal. The food that we ordered was very tasty. Must say we were given a discount on our bill after we complained about the service. Staff must learn to check the tables they are serving, making sure customers have all thy require.

Table booked for Saturday 11th October 18:45. On arrival we were immediately greeted by a friendly host, who took us to our table. Drinks were ordered when seated and shortly after our trainee waitress Ochen served us under the supervision of Gypsy. Both very attentive throughout, very friendly and humorous. Piping hot food was served, looked and tasted amazing. Full of flavour. Our desserts were delicious too. Thankyou for such an enjoyable service. We arrived and was shown to our table where our server was pointed out to us. We had a long wait to order any drinks, she asked us our food order, we reminded her we were yet to order drinks. Food was very good and came out quickly. On multiple occasions my partner tried to get the servers attention to order another drink, as we had less that a quarter of our drinks left when food arrived we were ignored. We sat and ate the majority of our food without a drink whilst our server straightened tables around us. After we had finished, we were left for a further 10 minutes despite trying to get someone’s attention for a drink and to clear our plates, we never did get a second drink. Rushed servic...

Me and my partner came here for our anniversary last night and everything was perfect. The food was great, I am a vegetarian and there were lots of options for both vegetarians and vegans to choose from, and was cooked very fast, we were impressed by the speed of the orders. The staff were amazing, especially our server, Gypsy, she was very helping and friendly and she explained items on the menu and on the drinks menu when we didn’t know what they were, she was very funny and always knew how to make us laugh! The atmosphere in Ego’s was also very positive with candles on the tables and the noise inside wasn’t very loud which was great when we were eating. 5/5 would definitely recommend eati...
