Small and cosy premises run by a young couple. Exceptional raw materials for freshness and taste, simple but well-kept dishes. Who is not vegan must taste the frickin'! Prices contained.

intimate and welcoming place. all the dishes we have tried were simply excellent, extremely Gothic and particular. I have a lot of esteem for those who offer vegetarian/vegan dishes because choosing a diet on a vegetable basis, if made up of healthy dishes, means respecting themselves and their health, our animal friends and the planet. always a guarantee! the best vegan restaurant ever tried (and I tried so many. Finally a vegetarian/vegan place where not only tofu, seitan and vegetable burgers are necessary. Finally, a place where local products and traditional cuisine are appreciated in accordance with the values of vegetable cuisine. the dishes are all ten and praise. congratulations on the work you do!

Really nice small restaurant with a weekly changing menu with typically two choices for each course (check on Facebook if you want to know your options in advance). Very attentive and friendly staff who will explain the menu and concept to you in detail. Uses products from small local providers and very interesting regional herbs for excellent meals. Very fair prices. We only discovered this restaurant on our last night in Trieste but would have definitely wanted to return otherwise. Recommended! Speisekarte ansehen

I am not vegetarian at all, but I really loved this place. The taste was so rich and filling that you forget you are eating vegetarian: still, it was not heavy at all. The cuisine is based on the traditions of the nearby mountainous region of Carnia and experimental and innovative at the same time. The portions were generous, service kind and efficient and the environment very pleasant, again traditional with an innovative touch. The desserts are also unusual and good. the project is that of reproposing the ancient cuisine of the Friulian and Slovenian countryside. .. poor cuisine, vegetable gardens and herbs. cook simple ingredients, but not for this simple, kitchen of poor ingredients but not for this poor goto. the reproduction is direct and honest. There are no reinventions, reworks. we are not gourmet anticipates the young owner who collects the command. direct and honest is also all the rest...the place is the simple reconstruction, without artifices, of an osteria of many years ago, with real recovery materials, not scenographic, not artifacts. direct and honest is the owner who proposes his project in a linear sketch with simplicity. the conclusion...

we have supper in this colorful and cozy restaurant, upon our arrival welcomes us Franciscan, kind at the right point and without superfluous formalisms, offers us a menu of the week, where we find very interesting the food offered and you know that the goto and the curious and so, we wanted to taste as much as possible. the managers of this place, are young, but they already have a just attitude and a concept that goes beyond the usual catering.
