Visited the venue for an evening meal had a starter and main and both were amazing with very good portion sizes. Food drinks: Steak pie was amazing Service: 5 Location: 5

I did not stay at the hotel but I dined at the restaurant. The menu stated that the chips were supposed to be hand-cut, but they were actually frozen chips with hard bits throughout. It was not the best I've ever had. The service was rated as a 3 out of 5. Speisekarte ansehen

Took the kids for lunch, was delighted with the service and food. Staff were absolutely marvellous, nothing was to much trouble. Food was the way your granny made it. Prices were very reasonable, quality was excellent. Is the place where the locals eat and recommend.

The restaurant on the first floor offers a great view of the harbor and town square. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced, with a good choice of wines. The staff is friendly and service was fast, even during busy times. We both enjoyed the Cullen Skink, and I also had the lasagna, both of which were delicious. The Tempranillo wine paired nicely with our meal.

I visited a charming restaurant in an old building with a beautiful entrance and an appealing old bar inside. I ordered penne carbonara, kids chicken nuggets, fish cakes, and a tuna wrap, all of which were delicious. The service was excellent, and although I was going to mention the dated signage, my wife thought that the whole of Bute had the same vibe, so I didn't think it was necessary. Oh my days what a place!! These girls cannot do enough for you, the service is bang on and thank you!!.............onto the Chef and food Holy guacamole #perfect we had 12 meals between us over the last few days and I ain't gonna grumble quick service beautiful flavours. My personal fave was today's Cajun chic burger wowzers perfect chips........I'll stop now, if ever you decide to visit then this is the place to go!!!! Again guys thank you

VERY GOOD RESTAURANT: I dropped in for dinner only on 21Sep23 with my sailing crew. The service, quality and quantity of the food was exceptional. Not fancy excellent good Scottish cooking. I can honestly say that the steak pie was the best I've had masses of well cooked steak chunks, crispy puff pastry, delicious gravy and perfectly cooked spuds and veg. Preceded by lovely lentil soup. And served with enthusiasm and charm by the lovely staff.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but one staff member, possibly the owner, could benefit from improving their people skills. They were very rude, bullied the staff, and slammed cupboards right next to our table. I felt sorry for the young girl who was waiting on our table. As residents of Bute, my family and I used to dine here once or twice a week, but we have decided to stop going because of the owner's rudeness. Service: 1 out of 5. Speisekarte ansehen
