very friendly and helpful staff. the place as welcoming, it is like staying at home. excellent food, from the cutters, to the croutons and finally to the dessert. vast menu, all very inviting. Moreover for any doubt just ask the staff and you will be promptly helped.

excellent selection of quality cutters and meat. also the croutons were very good and the wine. definitely one of the best choices for an aperitif in Tuscan style. the problem of the premises in via sevensoldi is that, being a narrow and normally very beaten way, in summer it is really hot.

Fiaschenberg is the a place difficult to categorize but easy to love. A street-wine-bar-brunch-restaurant, it offers typical food from the area and specific creation with popular ingredients. All joined by very good not mainstream wines. mainly serve cutters (mixed slices, cheeses and croutons) and sandwiches. food is of good quality, although perhaps prices are a little high in relation to quantity. The big flaw is in wanting to fill the space too much, I understand that an extra table means more recesses, but it ends up being paved in an cramped space and after a while the air becomes really suffocating. service is not the fastest.

Fiaschemberg offers different kinds of 'Taglieri ' which is an assortment of appetisers served on a wooden tray. We sat there, in the indoors warm atmosphere on a cold evening, had wine and different kinds of local cheese and fish on a tray, with some great local dips and honey. It was great. And the host was really helpful with explaining the menu. We had a great evening. This place looks very popular by locals. Recommended.
