We were asked to come back because our table wasn't ready. When we returned, we were told to wait even longer as it still wasn't prepared. Once we finally got seated, it took nearly 15 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted water. The noise and chaos of being on the ground floor during the Christmas season didn’t help us feel festive at all. There are too many other great places to consider returning to this one. It’s not what it used to be.
