Firezza Battersea - Speisekarte

Used to be my go to pizza place. Came back a year after leaving and the service is sooo bad. Lady behind counter simply rude

The pizza here used to be great. Now the service is marginal and the pizza is poor. A wonder head office hasn’t done something. So disappointing.

This is my second time ordering from this restaurant and once again my order was over 1.5 hours late. I had to contact the delivery driver myself and when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. I would not recommend ordering from here. Speisekarte ansehen

The pizzas at this restaurant are incredible! I was so impressed. They were ready in just 15 minutes, cooked to perfection, and had plenty of toppings. I will definitely be ordering from here again. The BBQ chicken pizza in particular was a 10 out of 10!

Firezza used to be great, but tonight we’ve been waiting for our pizza for 1.5 hours. It was meant to arrive at 7.52pm and its now going on 8.45pm. This is terrible service, we’ve had to call twice to see if its ever going to arrive. Think I’ve finally gone off Firezza for good now. Twice now they’ve missed off our side order as well.

I remember when Firezza opened in Battersea and it was great. Sadly it seems like so many places they have expanded too much and lost what made them good. Delivery pizza tonight was cold, slightly burnt, dry/hard and with the thinnest/smallest layer of toppings and £15. You could tell it had been cooked a long time before it got to me. A shame but seems time to find somewhere else that is still maintaining its quality standards. Speisekarte ansehen

Don’t bother ordering late, even if they’re still open. Our order was taken, accepted charged. 1.21AM were still waiting. We’d not have bothered if we knew they couldn’t be bothered. No way of evfn contacting the driver. Do NOT take orders you cannot fulfill, Firezza. This keeps happening to us and is no way to run a business. Sad because they’ve recently improved their recipes. Conclusion? The inconsistency in reliability makes this feel like some knock off student company.

Horrible place. They forgot our order, 10 minutes past the delivery time we called them to check where was our food. They had no idea our order existed and told us it would be an extra 30 minutes. We then asked them to cancel the order as we could not wait that long (after already waiting 40 minutes since the order was placed). They refused to cancel our order, after multiple requests. In the end, they hung up the phone on us. Pizza showed up 1h later, with a wrong order and missing items from the original. We will follow up.

I used to order from this restaurant at least once a month because their pizza was amazing. However, in the past few months, the quality of the food has declined. I ordered a tomato-based pizza and the toppings were drowning in sauce. When I picked up a slice, the sauce dripped off, it was terrible. So I switched to ordering a white pizza with just mozzarella and toppings, which was decent the first time. However, when I ordered it again last week, there was an excessive amount of cream on the base, it was disgusting. I don't think I will be ordering from this restaurant again. It's disappointing to see one of my favorite restaurants decline in quality. They should consider changing the pizz... Speisekarte ansehen
