I arrived over an hour before closing time and saw through a locked door that the teenagers inside were laughing while they packaged chips into boxes. Pricey. Large chips, medium cod and curry sauce for £16. Food was ok, not amazing. I was expecting a bit more of a wow factor for the price. All food came in boxes. Why? Just use paper. Waste of cardboard and I’m sure it adds to the price. Waiting time was a bit long. 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Probably won’t be using this place again. Disappointing. The food is pricey but acceptable; however, the service is incredibly poor. There's a touch screen for ordering, but it hardly ever functions correctly, and there's no notice indicating that you shouldn't waste your time trying to use it. I resorted to ordering online because the line moved so slowly. Although the stated collection time was 5 minutes, I waited 25 minutes for my straightforward order, and it still wasn't ready. The staff seemed inexperienced and mostly bewildered. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I ended up ordering online instead as the queue was so slow. The collection time was 5 minutes later but in fact even 25 minutes later my order, which was not complicated, was still not ready.
