eating here is simply excellent. great choice with hits. both burger and hot dogs are fresh and tasty. expensive for fast eating, but it certainly worth it!

I recently visited this restaurant with my son and 3grandchildren eating was hard overpriced for what we got it all came in a paper bag no cute. we would have a 3-course menu for £64 grand! never again!

Extremely helpful staff made to feel so comfortable first visit and will definitely be going back. Food was excellent best burger and fries I've ever tasted. The milkshake was out of this world. Well done to Julian and his team.

After shopping and struggling to find a restaurant suitable for my wife's gluten intolerance, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience at 5 Guys. A friendly employee explained the menu to us since it was our first visit. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff were accommodating. We were very impressed and would definitely give 5 Guys a 5-star rating. Great job, 5 Guys!

I stopped by this restaurant for lunch one day and was pleasantly surprised. The staff provided excellent customer service and the food was really good, especially the fries. They even gave complementary peanuts while we waited for our burgers. However, I have two criticisms. I found the burgers to be very expensive, with two burgers, fries, and an unlimited drink totaling over £25. Additionally, I was disappointed that they do not serve coffee, as I believe a true American burger restaurant should offer unlimited coffee. I may consider returning in the future, but I would have to think twice due to the high cost.

This is your typical Five Guys experience and as such the review doesn't really matter, if you have been to one before you know the score, they make a great burger, but you have to pay for it, the Merry Hill branch is no different....I had a bacon and cheese bbq burger with small fries and a drink, this came to £15.15, now depending on what you are used to, this is either very expensive or the norm, to me its on the expensive side, but I knew that going in. I have a five guys maybe 3 times a year, I consider it a treat and as such don't mind paying the price. Will I go to a Five Guys again, of course, will it be next week, no, probably September/October time.

I went for lunch while shopping at Merry Hill. The restaurant had good social distancing and hygiene practices in place. I ordered at the counter and my food was delivered in a paper bag, with minimal interaction with the staff. They had a nice selection of burgers, hot dogs, and extras like mayo, sauces, onion rings, and salad. The portions were generous and the food was tasty. I ordered a small hamburger, a cheeseburger, and a side of fries, which came to a total of £18, a bit expensive but worth it for the quality. I would give it 4 stars, mainly because the noise level was a bit high. Despite that, the quality of the food would definitely bring me back again.

5 guys... 5 stars if you've never really been to five young, let me tell you you you've been missing. yes they can go and look at the price list and be like whoooah, which is expensive for fast eating, but. in reality it is not fast eating it is quickly cooked as it would do in any other restaurant only difference, they serve for spices and drinks and get them large brown pockets of bostin matching from the counter! if you don't have a big eater then ask for a small cheeseburger as if they ask for a cheeseburger, they get two patches, then as for a small chips as they can get. they span a load chips after putting the pot in...god knows how a big fries is. give it just a go it is great

I've been an Amazon user for over ten years and I use online shopping websites almost daily. Until now... I've never once left a review! For anything! The cost of the burgers, fries, drinks and/or hotdogs tended to put me off eating in this place....It's probably the most expensive fast food' joint anywhere in the UK. But having grown tired of cold burgers from Macdonalds and with the Burger King XXL Bacon Burger being just as expensive, I decided to give it a go. I had a double cheese burger with bacon.
