The food at this restaurant is not great. The pizza dough is too soft and lacks flavor. It is over-hyped.

The food at this restaurant is straightforward and uncomplicated. It is not exceptional, just very simple and basic.

Great freindly service. Excellent pizzas for the kids, and very supportive towards finding solutions for allergies. Thank you!

Booking was user friendly. We were welcomed with friendly staff. Food was outstanding but most of all our waiter made the ambience outstanding.

Thankyou to the wonderful team on duty on evening of 3/8/23 at the Waterloo Park Plaza restaurant.....we were made to feel very welcome and the celebratory drinks on the house for the occasion we were celebrating were so much appreciated! I live locally so been going to this place from the beginning. Service was outstanding: however, the menu has changed from what it was from the beginning. Little selection compare to before such as no more Lamb Shank on the menu, burger, Sunday roast, Lady fingers tempura and the beautiful soft baked rosemary bread and sea salt is now dry and toasted small slices(a bit dry . Food is still good and tasty overall just lack of selection compare to prior to Covid. Nothing negative about the service. Pleasant and helpful team. :

I visited Florentine when it first opened about 6 years ago and found it to be reasonably priced. However, I recently returned and found the prices to be quite high. It seems that the restaurant is now targeting hotel guests who are willing to pay for convenience. The cost of £6.50 for three pieces of focaccia and £8.50 for three small slices of parma ham is excessive, even for London. The wine list is also overpriced. While the pizzas were of good quality, they were also expensive. Despite the friendly service, I do not plan on returning to Florentine.

Went for dinner with my wife and was very excited about the place as it looked real nice and the ostrich eggs, it happens that they don't have ostrich eggs in there anymore. I think they should update it on their website and Google as we felt very disappointed. Waitresses seem to be very distracted, there was some drama going on with a customer screaming which happens sometimes, but I don't think this should take the attention of the whole staff. We were waiting 15 minutes for cutlery, so we took the ones from next table as our food had arrived already, he gave us such a stare for taking the cutlery from the next table and came puffing to replace the ones we took, I guess he was expecting us...
