"We chose this place as it's web site was in English. A nice mixed menu, which conveniently is available inside in English. But the first problem is having an English menu but then a waiter that doesn't understand English. Once the awkward ordering was out of the way we waited about 5 or so minutes for the drinks to arrive two small local beers and a fanta. Our party of three ordered mains of flank steak and 2 x salads. We waited about 30 40 minutes for the mains, in this time we had finished our drinks but had had no contact from the waiting staff to order additional drinks until the mains were served. The flank was probably the chewiest most tasteless steak I've tried. I couldn't finish it. It came with a small portion of fries and nothing else but a pot of bbq sauce. No salad or vegetables. What was strange was that the two salads ordered for the other two in our party didn't arrive at the time. The first salad arrived arrived 2 minutes after the steak, and the second salad another 3 minutes later. The salads had mixed reviews the breaded chicken was described as very processed, and while one didn't like it, one did. We asked for mayonnaise and we were told that this was extra! A one euro charge for this condiment. The service was slow, and for a restaurant that has an English web site and English menus the ordering process was a chore. We skipped dessert based on our experience. 3 mains, 4 small beers and 1 fanta cake to €55.50."

Burgers were good. Generous portions. Tgey said they came with French Fries but they weren't thin, just seemed like normal frozen fries you come at home. They were not hot either. Took a while for food to arrive.

One star isn’t low enough for this place. Dinner for 5 people. My Child ordered hotdog and chips it was sent back 4 times hard bap and cold chips total disaster not one of our meals was eatable. My daughter and me went into kitchen to tell chef how bad food was other customers sending their food back also. IF YOUVE ANY SENCE DONT EAT HERE. Speisekarte ansehen

I was there at around 4pm... Almost closing time... Location is super close to a nice long avenue. Tables and toilets were clean. Service was fast and personnel was super nice and attentive. I ordered a 0.5 litter beer to drink (5€ with a refill of only 1€ , and a raclette burger... The burger was pretty good, but I was hoping for the advertised show where they are supposed to melt the cheese at the table and pour it onto the burger... That did not happen, I guess because of the covid-19....
