"We took advantage of a good gift to resound the experience of the Auberge du Forgeron that we had already tested last year in September. A 4-stroke ride, caviar of lentils, carpaccio Saint-Jacques, pig breast cooked for 17h, perfect chicory glazed speculos. The potiron cappuccino served in mouth amuse was simply delicious to redo at home if possible! ( Chef’s secret: curry, orange juice and coconut milk). Flips the eye of successful caviar, a true talent for seasonings, associations like the saint-jacques mango passion, the purée carottes-ananas... a conductive line throughout the meal around spices... Little disappointments as to sweetness, a perfect so glazed that it was difficult to "cut", in excess of sugar for me, a biscuit too sweet, speculos and caramel too strong in sugar, regret not to find more chicory for its bitterness. A few drops of caramel would have been enough. The small furnaces that accompany the coffee were all unreplaced without exception, it is a pity; The macaron exploded between our fingers, a little duck just out of the oven would have been enough. The display tree was more attractive than its content. A smiling team, very kind, a smiling Chef, available in the room... of the table arts in improvement... "Always a pleasure to go to Galiote. The noon between colleague, so in more time to enjoy the calm of the terrace. If it's not the good day, welsh or region slate will warm enough. Good dish, regional and really home! and has honest price (!can't see any difference at all with great chains of lower quality)Day dishes that change quite often and good cuisine. Good Belgian beers in pressure. Think to book, the noon may be a little just for the big tables level timing.To go with family and couple it's perfect. from the apéro to dessert )(:the desserts of the moment are often inventive and deserve to be tried)The team is also very pleasant and human. We have a real contact and a welded team. My only point has improved, would be the children's menus. "On pourrait croire que le fait d'avoir autant de tables ne permettrait pas d'avoir de la qualité dans les plats mais c'est tout à fait le contraire avec La Fossetta. Ce qui attire le regard est la grande cuisine ouverte et l'ensemble des cuisiniers qui s'affèrent autour des plats de pates. Nous avons passé un agréable moment avec des amis grâce au service mais aussi aux plats. Pour ma part, j'ai pris une escalope Valdostana avec des pates fraiches (une très bonne sauce avec de la mozzarella fumée. Ma femme a pris l'une des suggestions du jour avec des tagliatelles sauce à la crème, pesto et chorizos (une sauce également excellente) En dessert, le classique Tiramisu très bien préparée (même si le fait qu'il manque un peu d'alcool rend la recette un peu fade) et ma femme a pris le Parfait Capuccino (très bon également). Une très bonne adresse pour diner entre amis malgré le bruit de la salle."

"En plein centre ville de Phalempin une petite brasserie mérite une halte pour le déjeuner. Terrasse couverte en période estivale la carte elle est sur l'ardoise et propose des produits frais, et de bonnes factures..J'ai opté ce midi la pour une salade fraicheur et rôti de porc. Les frites généreuses furent le complément de ce déjeuner. Bien d'autres pistes été au programme de ce mercredi midi.Tels que grillades et salades mixtesDe quoi rassasier le voyageur que je suis. Mais la sobriété heureuse de votre serviteur s'est arrêtée au café. Je reviendrai car l'accueil est le premier atout de ce ce cheval blanc. A quand un Lucky Luke de la restauration française?"
