a beautiful experience. the exquisite staff as much as the dishes we ate. we recommend this restaurant with closed eyes!

Great food. I think the prices are a little high. I meant that for me a dish of small ears or a portion of parmigiana 14 euros seems to me a lot.

The front staff were excellent but the gluten free pasta which I took was no better than what would be achieved from a jar of Barilla tomato sauce with some bacon thrown in. The bacon had bone in it with risk of damaging my teeth. Spoilt the evening and not cheap for such displeasure.

This is a fantastic restaurant with lovely, welcoming owners and staff. The family’s hospitality is first class with food to match. A traditional menu with contemporary touches, giving a wholesome and flavoursome experience with a cosy atmosphere. We return year after year. Highly recommended.

Locale bellissimo elegantissimo e molto raffinato. Situato in pieno centro storico a ridosso della Basilica. Molto bello l’estate perché c’è la possibilità di mangiare fuori in piena piazza. I accidentally came by as the restaurant was opened for lunch earlier than most. Pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly service in a cozy restaurant. The food was also excellent, among my favorites of my trip. I was so happy about the generous portion of green vegetables in the seasonal pasta dish. Would like to eat again.

A fixed stop in my stays in the itria valley, today we tasted fantastic pappardelle with mushrooms and the usual exceptional dessert of the house with a hard cream from the municipality. Fabrizio recommended a really good and enveloping primitive from the south of Puglia. Everything is perfect as usual. Price ? Those looking for quality will be really surprised. Monica

My husband and I stayed in Martina Franca for a visit and were looking for a recommended restaurant for lunch. This Resto was closed so we used Google to find another. What luck! Garibaldi Bistrot in Piazza, where the cathedral is Garibaldi Piazza, I think proved to be a great find. The family owners warmly welcomed us. We started with the zucchini flowers (my personal favorite), which were crispy and delish. My vegetarian man wondered about his paccheri with tomatoes, ricotta and basil. We shared an Arugula salad fresh, large part that we dressed with some fantastic local olive oil and finished with an incredible chocolate torta.
