"Lovely place in the Dukes hotel tried to go for a drink first in the bar but there was no where to sit and people waiting outside so a good tip prebook the bar and the restaurant although the restaurant was very quiet all evening so another tip don’t book because they take a £25 per head deposit if you don’t give a few days notice to cancel, so if you were sick on the day either turn even if you had Covid or lose your deposit Food was great and all dishes come as small or large plates so you mix and match your starters and mains, the wine prices can be a little lively, £65 for a Pinot Grigio really! But the French house wine and Italian red were a good price. Service was great but there were only a few guests. To serve so it should be."

This restaurant is located on a charming hidden side street and offers a friendly and serene atmosphere. However, the price of the food does not quite match the quality.

Wow. What a meal. Everything was executed perfectly. The pork was perfectly cooked, the lamb a perfect flavour. Best mackerel outside of the Netherlands and Scotland. Asparagus was gorgeous. The meal was extremely reasonably priced for the quality of the food. Michelin should be in there soon so get it before this before you can't get in this restaurant.

Food good. Service was below average due to new member of staff. Didn’t no how to serve the champagne considering how much the bill was. Disappointed that we could not get a table at the cocktail bar. Then to be told the cigar lounge was closed due to wet weather even though at the time it wasn’t raining. I only booked Dukes due to the fact I had heard how good the cocktail bar was and the fact of having a cigar lounge. Basically disappointed.
