The Suluguni rolls were dry on the outside and tasted like cottage cheese on the inside instead of the soft cheese I was expecting. The beets and spinach pkhali were decent but lacked flavor. In short, while it may be a good introduction to Georgian cuisine for someone who has never tried it before, it was a disappointment for those who are familiar with it. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and polite."
