Beautiful restaurant and love all the food best we had in all of Capri!

this place was amazing. we went to a quiet night in the next season and had the best dinner with the best service. every penny worth.

The food was too expensive for what it offered. It was right, but not spectacular. Would never come back or get it back. With all due respect for Michelin Star, it's far away.

We were disappointed by the main course, maybe we are just not uni-loving pasta connoisseurs, but the truffle bowl and deserts were thrilled. Wine pairing was sufficient. Service was excellent!

I have been to this Restaurant with my wife on a 2 days visit to Capri, on Weekday in August. The location is stunning and we booked a table early enough (19:45) to have a great and relaxing experience. The service was fantastic and the linguine with sea urchin and cocoa powder taste is still lasting in my memories the day after. 100% Worth a go if you like fine dining away from the hussle and bussle of the Capri Center and want, instead, to immerse yourself into a mire intimate choice.

we had a rather regrettable experience. overall the arrival was warm and the service was occasionally good, especially sommelier. However, the 5 cursor menu was used to color. the waiting period between each course was between 25 and 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the waiting staff did not manage the situation well, no apology, the water and the brot left empty. this was not helped by plates that come into other tables. the apology when she was prompted was a bit like being in an episode of fawlty towers. I realize that this was probably a rare chaos, given many great reviews, but I can't recommend this restaurant and would not trust gennaroamitrano for a celebration or special occasion.
