Beautiful discovery! Place hill outside chaos, in means to the vineyards. We stayed here for lunch choosing the tasting menu, great dishes. In spite of the place, we did not eat typical dishes of the Piedmontese tradition but it was this beautiful! Very recommended local for intimate lunches/ dinners and a little less for families with children. Good choice of the cellar. Good value for money. Parking a little uncomfortable. A certainty for years! As soon as we run to Perno to give us a unique moment and Gennaro with his wife Rossana never disappoints us. Imagine for a moment the tradition of the place and its excellent raw materials that meet the Calabrian origins of the chef... A refined explosion of flavors that mix with a perfect balance. we were yesterday at lunch, restaurant with wonderful views in the village of pear, ordered to paper, we are served of vegetable charcoal grissini with artistic form, rice waffles with hemp powder, beetroot with a cream of lime and cheeses of levitated pasta with paprika, bread with yeast mother and oil condensed by spalma. an explosion of gooses not to believe. Looking at us as we tasted these entrèe we could not find words to describe the surprise of the goths that melted at every taste. I let you imagine the rest of the lunch as it was an unforgettable discovery.
