"Very nice location even if spartan not as well-groomed as other pizzerias in Milan. On every table there is a number of the Neapolitan grimace! Even if the tables don 't have a tablecloth, placemat or other similar accessory, which I 'm not crazy about. Mixed fried land sauce quite good: the panzerotto is sensational and in my opinion it is to all intents and purposes a fried pizza but much smaller xD Very good bread made with pizza dough in my opinion! My pizza was really really good: excellent products used to their best advantage! The babà, on the other hand, didn 't drive me crazy: the dough was very good, soft and well-leavened but it was too strong in rum, so much so that it bothered me a little. Fast service. The waiter who served us was knowledgeable, very kind and even nice! Very honest prices, good value for money! I will definitely be back! I want to thank the clerk who answered the phone last night as he immediately made himself available to resolve a situation, doing everything possible to help me, even though it was unintentionally caused by an error on my part. Regarding the pizza... it's extraordinary! My favorite is the 4 cheeses but I have also tasted others and they are always wonderful, you can feel the good quality of the raw material. Il locale è allestito secondo lo stile vintage anni '60 e propone dei piatti tipici della tradizione locale e non solo, il tutto incastrato in un contesto informale che ben si sposa con l 'ineccepibile professionalità dei due gestori. "Excellent in everything The service was much appreciated, no invasion but with explanations of the one chosen. The chef's greeting both at the beginning and at the end is a sign of kindness. High quality food. I ate the best plate of spaghetti with garlic, oil, chilli, anchovies and bottarga. They are exceptional. The dishes are not abundant but enough to leave you more than satisfied. Small place with a few tables (which I prefer compared to large restaurants). This allows for greater attention to the customer. High prices....but quality and service has its cost. "Chic restaurant which can accommodate guests until late and which agreed to move our reservation by half an hour. The service is very pleasant, professional and discreet, one of the servers helped us choose a nice bar to end the evening. The dishes are good and well presented. The menu offers different fish or seafood dishes, everything is fresh. The wine list (or rather the book) offers a lot of choice. A pretty little box of chocolate was offered to us at the end of the meal, we appreciated it!"

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
