Lovely place to go , walk round or just have lunch, top quality food , very well presented ,well worth a visit

Went to Gilberdyke Garden Centre yesterday n had dinner with my mum. We both had light bites scampi n chips, followed by a sweet. Our meal was lovely, specially the chips! Staff all friendly n chatty and polite which goes along way...!!

Absolutely wonderful morning had with breakfast with Santa everything was just perfect and my two kiddies loved every minute, by far the best Santa too, didn’t rush through it like most places do! Thank you so much merry xmas to you all! Speisekarte ansehen

I really love this place! I always have a bit of trouble finding it since the signs aren't very well posted. However, once I'm there, it feels like heaven to me with such a wonderful variety. The staff is nice and very helpful, especially in the café.

We took a stroll around the garden center, and it was incredible since we had never been there before. We also enjoyed a full English breakfast, which was delightful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Had yet again another brilliant meal at Gilberdyke Garden Centre. Staff are well organised, which goes to the smooth running of the restaurant. we visit gilberdyke garden centre at least twice a month, we always go in caffe for lunch or just a coffee. eating is really nice and we found all the staff to be polite and friendly. even if they were really busy, their customer service is still top-notch. they are greeted when they are in a walk from which each is at the customer service and offer farewell from which each is at the cash register.

However, the young man who arrived realized he had brought the wrong side for the sofas. They promised to change it and deliver the correct one, and I insisted that they shouldn’t worry about the replacement during their personal time. To my surprise, they returned later that same day with the right sofa! I can confidently say that every employee we interacted with was exceptional. I highly recommend this place – it truly sets a standard for retail. Great job all around!

We recently visited with our two young children to see the Christmas decorations and visit the café and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. We must say a huge thankyou though to all of the staff who helped us look for our son 's soft toy when he lost it inside, especially the lady who went above and beyond to help to calm him down. Fortunately with the help of the staff we found 'Max ' so our son was able to leave as a happy boy! Excellent layout and customer service and we will be returning. Speisekarte ansehen
