"Located on the main road of Aprica, just metres from Hotel Aprica B&B, this restaurant was a surprise package. Prices were reasonable and the food was delightful. My friends chose the pasta, polenta with mushrooms and pizzoccheri dishes. I chose the barley soup – it was very thick and quite heavy, but it’s made for the cooler climate and meant to be filling, however, I’d opt for other dishes when I return, and I’ll definitely go back."

"serata estiva molto calda, in 5 abbiamo richiesto di star fuori tempi di attesa per ogni portata biblici, piatti elaborati ma poveri alla fine, poco condimento per ravioli e poi l'ossobuco senza il midollo. forse abbiamo trovato una serata no del personale. buona qualità, ma pensavo meglio."

"We admittedly selected the place based on availability of tables. In hindsight, it was an ominous indicator already… Menu clearly based on pre-cocked and frozen stuff. No variation possible, and ingredients presents on some dishes were declared not available for others (e.g. we had pasta with Gorgonzola cheese, but they did not have gorgonzola to add to the polenta. Same with fresh strawberries, added for the strudel but not available stand alone. We had to adapt our orders, as most of our choices was unavailable. Even the beer… plenty on paper, one in practice. English menu was a joke, and spelling aside it wasn’t even matching the Italian version. The veal stew become donkey. What a disappointment. We give 2 stars as encouragement, but one would suffice if price had been taken into account."

"small but nice restaurant. my girlfriend and I but ate in the cold (they had already turned off the stove maybe thinking that since we were the last customers we had no right like the others to eat in the heat). high prices and good food quality, although honestly I would not feel to recommend it because I think the price is too high for quality/quantity (the deer cut that I was served was absolutely not to charge at full price except to change the name in coupon cutter"

"restaurant characteristic of mountain, renovated with exposed beams and parquet. finely furnished with simplicity, typical dishes of the Valtellina. the service must be improved by finding different difficulties in the organization in the presence of a large number of customers. better to opt for the dishes of the day especially in periods off season. professional and kind staff"
