Giraffe - Speisekarte

My daughters and I are big fans of the Giraffe restaurant chain. We always felt it was a pity that the closest locations in Harrow were either in Belsize Park or elsewhere.

We visited Giraffe and as we went to order we were told that the steak was unavailable. The waitress offered us a breakfast steak to make up for it. The steak arrived and was extremely fatty and completely tasteless, it was inedible. Wouldn't recommend.

visited this place to lunch. eating was cold gland and openly not worth the money. the additional service fee should be optional, but not in this restaurant they take free. had to ask for him for the poor. service and eating that was pre-cooked frozen. toilets are dirty, which is terrible in a food business. had 2 special needs children with us one in a child car and they were not helpful or at least care. I was informed that all the rice dishes were not available, there was no dairy ice cream, and more items were unavailable. I attempted to order fish and chips but was told they were not available. I settled for alternatives, but when they arrived, the burger roll was too small, there were very few chips, and the coleslaw I ordered on the side never appeared. If the restaurant is going to close, they should do it instead of prolonging the disappointment they cause. It's time to close now.

I went to this restaurant with my family for lunch on the weekend. The food appeared to have been reheated instead of freshly made. The kids' pizza was tough and cold, the spicy rice tasted like a cheap boil-in-the-bag version. The burger was dry and came with a small portion of chips. Both the food and drinks were overpriced. The only positive aspect was the service, with friendly staff, but no one checked in on us during our meal. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I don't understand all the hype.

I recently visited Giraffe in Watford to try out their breakfast deals. For £5.99, you can choose from porridge, bacon and eggs, or a breakfast sandwich. We opted for the latter two options and found them to be tasty, albeit on the smaller side. I ordered a black Americano, which unfortunately came in a disappointingly small size. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. While I'm not entirely convinced it was great value for money, the overall experience was pleasant. It's worth noting that you could potentially upgrade to larger portions, although we didn't inquire about this. the hot bar of the rice that was too hot. my partners were cold and it came back in a microwave bowl. not ideal, but tasted okay. the best on lunch was the warm cubes and the apple filled...Kurros I had. the service fee will be added to smaller write on the bill. I only saw it when the waitress asked. I think this should be voluntary and not added to the customer, it adds a pressure to pay. came back to the breakfast, although we were not enthusiastic about lunch. the breakfast was much better. the food was warm, well cooked and delicious. Purposefully went for the breakfast meal 5.95) which is already slightly above an affordable breakfast for a young adult.. but its definitely within budget. Food was okay, Id rate it 7.5/10 and coffee was lovely but comes without anywhere to put your spoon. I tidied...up after myself and overall my trip lasted only 15 mins. The reason for 2 star was the waitress stuck a service charge on the bill and made it very awkward to refuse this. She said something along the lines of There is a service change, thanks and handed me the card machine. I rarely leave negative reviews, only positiw, because I don't think it's very nice, but at this occasion I leave this out of the only reason of warning others. my partner and I came to giraffe after I see some really nice looking options on...her menu online.
