Giraffe - Speisekarte

Great lunch staff very busy but polite and attentive. Definitely a return next time we come to Bristol

One of the many chained restaurants to adorn the top floor of Cabot Circus, Giraffe prides itself as being "family friendly".

After having a wonderful meal at a Giraffe restaurant a couple of days earlier in Bath, I was eager to try this restaurant chain again. Speisekarte ansehen

The service could use some improvement. The staff was a bit rushed when I tried to order, and they didn't explain the menu very clearly.

They ended their kids eat free deal witbout warning despite it being advertised on their website. It made a reasonable family lunch into a majour expense.

Service was a little slow but the friendly staff and really fair price of the meal more than made up for that! Would have given 5* had it not been for slow service but I would 100% be going back again and I have already recommended to friends Speisekarte ansehen

Love Giraffe! Am never disappointed and this visit was no exception. We were celebrating my nan’s Birthday with their lovely brunches. The fab servers made a lovely fuss over my Nan (as it was her was her Birthday which she absolutely loved! Cannot recommend highly enough :

Had a starter and main, both very enjoyable. Good service, decor and atmosphere. Went here because of their vegan options- Plenty of tasty options for main dishes, however was let down by the dessert menu. Had to go elsewhere to find something satisfying for dessert. However, there were some decent looking non-vegan options.

We ordered drinks and they were sat on the bar for a good ten minutes before they were bought over to us. We ordered two mains and two sides, you had ran out of halloumi fries so they were cancelled off the order, however the second side which was coleslaw also got cancelled and we were not made aware of this, so we only had two mains bought to the table. We finished our food, plates were sat that a while before they got taken away. To top it off, the waitress gave us the bill when we hadn’t even asked for it and still had two full drinks to finish.
