I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the chilli dog and was surprised to find that it was ice cold in the center.

Giraffe Norwich closed down but yet you still took our booking, causing major inconvenience for our party. Also, you are still sending us notifications.

Perhaps, you could of told me that tables were no longer being booked at this restaurant and only half a menu hence why we walked out and went else where. Absolutely disgusting

Staff were very friendly, and helpful. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks then our meals. They were hot, and were well presented and very delicious. Thank you to everyone x
