Good tasting with friends. I particularly enjoyed the advice, and in the end I could see rare bottles and discuss it with François who kindly answered our questions to finish this tasting evening in the best way possible.

I really enjoyed this cocktail bar offering creations based on Whiskey, Tequila, Mezcal or Gin for example. I liked the lounge atmosphere a lot, dim lighting, armchairs, sofas, everything is designed to have a good time. bar in a beautiful basement with vaulted exposed stone, in two parts: the classic part to taste a cocktail or spirits still in manufacture, and a part "scotch bar" with more references of whiskies whose manufacture is no longer made. budget in this part: glass. the very well advised advice of the bartender who perfectly respects our request in terms of wait and budget (all around the glass): I was able to taste a sublime octomore (the first edition for the lovers of islay, there are many references of port Ellen. water at discretion. the setting is very intimate and is perfectly adapted to the tasting. I had a mixed experience. The bar is incredible and I visited several times and also purchased several bottles. I had a great time during those visits. However, on the last night of my trip, the security locked the door at least half an hour before the published closing time. I took a taxi to get there and the security person on duty late on the night of July 27 would not even acknowledge that a customer was there waiting. This left a very sour taste after having visited several times, brought friends, and purchased several drams and bottles. The bare minimum would have been basic acknowledgement from the security guard and updating the hours on the website if the bar did not have the intent...

Magnificent whiskey and sake bar! They also offer some rums and gins. I discovered some very good whiskeys at their place thanks to their Fly menu which allows you to taste three different whiskies: the waiter takes the time to explain where each one comes from, how it is put into barrels and the history of the distillery behind with presentation of the bottles. The atmosphere is chic without being too extravagant, a happy medium of cozy and classy. They have two different cellars: the first that we come across the young whiskey cellar which already includes a very beautiful and wide selection of whiskeys from all regions; the other cellar is the lounge/VIP cellar with exceptional whiskeys t...
