Walking past Gourmet Burger Kitchen and noticed their burger chips offer. Very friendly server and staff, clean tidy, burger was delish and would recommend 100% thank you team

Food was great, they said that service was a little slow but I think they were understaffed and doing their absolute best to deal with online orders and orders done in restaurant, which is 100% not their fault! But I never thought that anything came out slow. Speisekarte ansehen

Meal for 3 at £72 is not cheap and I believe you pay for good food.. I’m not sure if we went in at the wrong time but all the sides were cold and the service was slow.. we tried to get the attention of the staff but that was tricky.. not great value for money as we left half of it..

Nice burger chain you can order a medium rare burger which is a huge plus because that's how we like them. Most burger places, even independents and higher end, don't have the meat provenance licence. Friendly staff here and convenient location just off Regent Street near the elephants. My kids love it.

I went in with 3 children when the restaurant was empty. The waitress had 3 orders to take which she was unable to do. Very rude when the error was pointed out. Order confirmed again she brought it back and the order was still wrong. Eventually all the food arrived very poor quality food. Not my first visit but it will be the last. Speisekarte ansehen

Food was nice although very small and overpriced portions. £12 for a burger without fries I would definitely expect better. Service wasn’t great, had to wait over 15 minutes for one beer in a quiet restaurant and the chips also arrived cold. They had ran out of all the crispy chicken burgers and wings by 7pm on a quiet Wednesday evening. Definitely wouldn’t visit again although if you’re happy with overpaying the food isn’t too bad.

We ordered 3 burgers with fries and after quite a long wait they arrived. On biting into my burger the blood literally ran out of it. Only the outside was cooked as was my husbands. I asked for it to be cooked longer. It was marginally better but still pink in places. Surely ground beef is not to be eaten undercooked and the chef should know how long it takes to cook throughly. I hope we don't get food poisoning! The waitress was helpful and lovely though and if the burger had been cooked properly would have been tasty. Disappointed

Never had a chance to eat there a good fries. One time we got that much salt we couldn’t eat them. Today no salt, not very fresh fries… why you can’t make a proper fries? Why they are always raw. Cook them for a bit longer to make them crunchy and tasty, and use enough salt but not too much… is it that hard? Birmingham GBK can do it so you can do it as well. If not, maybe you should go and ask Nandos how to make a fries? It’s just opposite your restaurant. I am tired of giving you a chance. I can make better fries at home.
