Best Pub Sunday Roast lunch I have had in a long time and staff were lovely and friendly. Really good quality meat well cooked.

Lovely ambience. The lady serving us was so warm, friendly and welcoming. Nice place to take out dear pets. Food was nice. Would love to visit again .

Once again the food was amazing. Always difficult to choose from the specials and menu. The five of us enjoyed flavourful and generous portioned starters and main meals. Service was great and staff really friendly. Highly recommend.

These guys are excellent at what they do. The service and quality is amazing. We are big foodies from London. And for 2 nights in a row we were so impressed by the menu, the quality, and the portions. You guys deserve to do so well. Thanks for looking after us and our slightly nervous dog. Can only endorse all the 5* reviews. Fabulous pub; excellent beers; friendly professional staff; plenty of room; dog friendly most importantly, tip-top food. If you are expecting a normal pub Sunday lunch, look somewhere else. This is a cut above most places worth every penny. Will definitely be walking the dog on Camber sands as an excuse to go back to The Owl.

Madeleine was incredibly kind from the moment I emailed to book for our large party for a Sunday roast today. We have accessible needs in our party and certainly probably asked far to many questions and requests! But all of the staff where so lovely, attentive and kind. The roast was unbelievable, sharing platters was such a great idea. The portions where generous and delicious. Thank you The Owl a lovely pub, highly recommend.

WOW! What a find, our first trip back to Camber for many years, we came across this lovely little pub by chance and we were not disappointed. We went for an early evening meal on Saturday booking advised as it's very popular) the food was truly amazing, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating, the pub is so cosy and had a great atmosphere. We would certainly recommend that you visit this little gem as we will the next time we visit Camber.

It is probably the last good weather day of the year and a good walk on Cambersands followed by a good pub lunch at the Owl, was the plan. Lovely warm welcome by some lovely ladies. They serve a local cider called Curious Apple (which I fell in love with last year, like Aspell but more Appley) which I highly recommend, Mrs V had Whitney Neil blood orange gin, served nicely with dried orange slice and Slim line Tonic. We ordered our food..... Mrs V had the Mussels... better than the ones she had in France!! Served with beautiful faccacia bread and fries. I had the Sirloin..... Probably the best Sirloin steak I have ever had. Served with roasted little gem lettuce and roast baby potatoes. ABSO...
