Very nice discovery, beautiful search in the menus that take you on beautiful discoveries with a chef who comes out of the beaten paths even on the smallest menus. Tasting menu, on invitation, 56€. Beautiful experience, but with several apartments. Positive points: pleasant and friendly reception and service, very successful dishes visually, with taste also for most, especially the nuts of Saint Jacques. The nuances: in the third plate, foie gras still, as in the mouth, but in greater quantity, certainly worked differently, but it weighed on the stomach and was redundant. The deer: the cooking of the imposed meat, which does not correspond to my wife. Fish snack: clearly too cooked, dry, disappointing. Lemon dessert: cinnamon, too, killed other tastes. In total, a good time, but a certain disappointment, at this level of price.
