I placed an online order for takeout at this restaurant. The menu looked excellent and we were hungry. However, our order was cancelled almost immediately with no explanation, phone call, email, message, or any communication whatsoever. Our credit card was functioning without any issues. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant unless you enjoy disappointment.

Vishant Das from Guchhi restaurant is very chilling person and very friendly he understands customers needs and prepares the delicious food accordingly and he plans the trip very well with excellent time management and he also entertain us nicely, he plans for very good views, beaches, castles and other places I recommend him for any plans of trip with family and friends. The owner and his family were very friendly but I can’t recommend the restaurant. The service was very amateurish (the waitress spoke limited English and made a mistake with the order, the items we ordered didn’t arrive together). The quality of the cooking was poor. The onions that came with the paneer kebab were almost raw and the bhindi bhaji was just a few small pieces swimming in an undistinguished kadhai sauce. Over price food with little quantity of food as you pay nearly 10.95 for a main dish. We went there for a evening meal and place the order for main paneer tikka masala, rice , tarka dal and plain tandoor Nan and the Naan was readymade cut in to piece and wasn’t even plain but they serve garlic naan. But when the food arrived after long time it was just slightly warm not even hot, so I asked the waitress to warm up the food again when arrived again same as before slightly warm. The food was tasteless service was awful

This was probably the worst Indian meal I have ever had in or out of India. The paneer tikka kebab was completely tasteless and partly cremated as were the onions and peppers it was served on. The fish in the saag curry was raw. We did not order an alternative because we did not have time to wait. The waitress was aware of the issues, but made no attempt to offer any reduction when we asked for the bill. If no stars was an option, I would have chosen that. They need to seriously consider quality control if they want to stay in business.

we arrived, at the time booked, in this small restaurant, which was very quiet only 2 other tables for 2. Our party of 5 ordered drinks and studied the menu. A party of 8, let's call them parliamentarians arrived a little later, had their drinks order taken and delivered, their food order taken and starters delivered before our order was taken. It was almost 2 hours before our main courses, one short, arrived by which time another disgruntled couple had paid for drinks and cancelled their long awaited food order. The naan breads were thin, crisp and flavourless, and the dishes just warm, and some quite tasteless. There was no draft beer, and only 5 bottles of Cobra, then some small bottles o...
