Sehr nette und organisierte Mitarbeiter. Trotz der vielen Gäste kam das Essen sehr schnell. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Getränke voller Eiswürfel sind und bei den winterlichen Temperaturen ziemlich kalt.

Price-performance isn't really right. Condition we had rather unmotivated and bored. Burgers loveless and rather sparsely topped. There are definitely better Hans im Glück restaurants. Overall, it was tasty, the drinking was good and the service was okay, but I can't really recommend a visit.

Best Hamburger I ever ate !!! I had a cheeseburger and added mushrooms and hash brown with a side of fries and rum and coke I was a bit upset that we had to wait a while as the guy who seated us placed us in a corner and then left so waitress never saw us but once we called her over and changed places amazing service....so go there enjoy the quality and tasty food but make sure they don't sit you in the corner.. Wonderful ambience, like pretty much every Hans im Glück and very friendly service. There were five of us and we had special requests (some of us are vegetarian and a friend is pregnant) and it was all unproblematic. Our waiter took the time to please everyone when it came to the food. And although the shop was very busy, we received our drinks shortly after ordering and the food straight after. And it was really tasty and warm!

Leider war mein Besuch im Hans im Glück in München eine große Enttäuschung. Das Essen wurde uns viel zu kalt serviert, was unser Vergnügen erheblich minderte. Noch schlimmer war der unfreundliche Service; wir wurden weitgehend ignoriert und mussten ewig warten, bis jemand überhaupt unsere Bestellung aufgenommen hat. Leider war auch das Getränk ein Flop: Es war so überzuckert, dass es kaum trinkbar war. Insgesamt hatte ich den Eindruck, dass der Qualität des Essens und des Services keine Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt wurde. Leider kann ich dieses Restaurant nicht empfehlen.

I have to admit that I had a prejudice against Hans in Glück. In general, I'm not a big burger fan. And not a fan of chains. Yesterday I was proven wrong. Very large selection of burgers , including vegetarian ones. Mine was with mountain cheese and tasted very good. The sweet potato fries were also very good. The portions could have been a little larger for me as a good eater. But that is the only criticism. I think the homemade barbecue sauce is excellent. The waitress was nice, very friendly, but wasn't really good at mental arithmetic. But that's not a big issue. It was very busy, but we were served quickly. Speisekarte ansehen
