"On a positive note, you can get free refills of tea and coffee with your breakfast for just an additional 99p. The kids’ meals were also reasonably priced, and they enjoyed what they had. Overall, we had a lovely breakfast. Being in good company made a significant difference, and with decent food at affordable prices—just £3.99 for a kids' breakfast and £6.99 for adults (my friends added steak for an extra £3)—it was definitely worth it. It’s a Harvester, so if you’re looking for a special occasion venue, this might not be your first choice. However, for a casual weekend breakfast, it turned out to be quite enjoyable!"

I was here several times and never had any problems. I would have bought groupon vouchers and enjoyed 4 meal times and a drink for £40. Good.

we always get good service here and eat good, on the one hand my wife had a light problem with a disappointing tapas bowl, it was taken from the bill, so can not complain.

Popped in for a bite to eat after work. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was lovely and clean. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and the salad bar had a great selection of items. I was really impressed. Would happily return.

Excellent value and high-quality food! Even though it's a chain, it felt unique thanks to the fantastic staff. A few dishes arrived differently than ordered, but the issue was quickly resolved with a smile. I highly recommend the triple combo, and the unlimited salad bar is definitely a great perk. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant evening out!

My very first visit here and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. In my group we had someone with a severe peanut allergy. Without being prompted we were asked about any allergies as we ordered. We were shown the ingredients of the food they had ordered to make sure it was still suitable. Amazing service and we will definitely be returning. Great value for money too.

I've visited this restaurant several times over the past few months, so I feel qualified to share my thoughts. Each time I've been, the food has been excellent. I usually order a steak, and it's consistently very tender. The salad bar provides a great selection, and the bread rolls are always fresh. Some of the waitstaff are outstanding, and they go out of their way to help. The manager is always polite and takes the time to greet guests. This is definitely one of the best Harvesters I've experienced.

I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, and I was impressed by how clean everything was, including the restrooms – they were spotless and smelled wonderful. It was truly a pleasure to see such high standards. The food was delicious, not greasy at all, and expertly prepared. I was attended by Courtney and Casey, who were both fantastic. They excelled in their hospitality skills and made my visit enjoyable. These ladies are true professionals, and I would gladly make the trip across town to dine here again. Thank you!

"I have had a few take away meals from The Vine Spice and enjoyed them, so my wife and I treated friends to a meal at the restaurant there. Sadly and surprisingly I was extremely disappointed. One of our friend 's found that the chicken in their meal was undercooked (it was still pale pink and highlighted this to staff. It was taken away and a replacement given. The chicken in this was cooked fine, but the sauce was now much more watery and lacked flavour due to this (the other had a nice, thick creamy sauce . My wife and I are both vegan and member of staff taking our order didn 't seem too sure what this meant. During our meal, we had 3 different members of staff coming up asking us the same questions rather than one member of staff being given responsibility for this role. All the staff were very polite, but it was a little disconcerting to be trying to have a conversation only for another member of staff interrupt to ask a question asked a few minutes previously (e.g. whether everything was alright, whether we required any more drink etc. Our vegan curries had several hard pieces of veg (we don 't overcook our veg and enjoy a slight bite to them, but numerous bits of veg were virtually raw and must 've been chucked into the sauce moments before dishing up and my wife found some onion with the root still attached. Also, I did find the meal to be expensive for what you get. Given this experience, I won 't be getting any more meals from The Vine Spice ."

"I haven’t had Thai food for a while and was staying nearby in the local area. The Blueberry looks like your typical country pub from the outside. Inside though, at the rear of the pub is Chor Muang Thai Gastro. This is more like it, authentic Thai food made by Thai chefs. What a delight to find a gastro pub in a sleepy village in the Oxfordshire countryside. I was seated at 6 pm on a Friday evening, as usual I never booked, just took a chance. Perfect timing as only one table was occupied, a party of five who were dining in the top far corner of the restaurant. For the starter, I ordered the honey pork marinated in coriander, soya sauce, palm sugar and honey. It came with a tangy chilli dip. For the main, the red curry with duck which had a rich fruity taste from lychee, pineapple, cherry tomatoes and basil. Sticky rice was the perfect accompaniment. Finally the Thai pancake with coconut ice cream and mixed berry compote sauce for desert. The service was excellent and the staff very professional, attentive and welcoming. I had Madri lager brought from the pub to my table. I was informed they also had bottles of Singha. However, I opted for the on trend lager of the moment. The ambiance, décor and lighting was perfect. The food tasted delicious, no need for details, just to say was faultless. As I was finishing my pancake, the restaurant was starting to get busy. Couples, families were being shown their tables they had booked. So it was perfect timing, for me to settle my bill and tip the waitress. I headed to the bar still holding my second glass of Madrid's finest lager. The staff greeted you with a smile and were very friendly. My only gripe was a large screen showing horse racing which nobody was paying attention to. A gastro pub like this is a place for conversation and banter. The screen just kills the vibe, totally unnecessary. Also two large red setters in the pub taking up loads of room. They almost knock customers over. It's very cosy, people were playing cards which I loved. Locals chatted on a large round table near the window and two twenty somethings sat on bar stools talking nonsense. A great start to the weekend, recommended."
