"After hearing about the recent refurbishment, I decided to give the restaurant another chance. I used to be a regular, but the menu has changed, and some of my favorite dishes, like Fish Pie and Steak Pie, have been removed. I don’t understand the reasoning behind this since those items are usually popular. Additionally, I encountered issues with getting my Open Table points credited to my IHG account. I thought this would be a great incentive to support the restaurant, but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations unless they can resolve this issue for me."

After hearing about the renovation, I thought I'd continue being a regular, but the menu has changed and some items are missing. For instance, the fish pie and steak pie, which are popular in many places, have been removed—I'm not sure what the reasoning is behind that. Additionally, I had hoped that accumulating points through OpenTable to my IHG account would incentivize me to support the restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience has not met my expectations. Unless they can rectify this situation for me, I might have to reconsider my visits.
