"Our table was in a lovely position; service was very slow although our server was very polite. My burger came with bacon, which I had asked to be removed. My friend’s jacket potato was very burnt and goodness knows where the vegetables came from they looked as though they came from the swill bin. When we told the server about this she shrugged her shoulders. We said we wouldn’t be back and she actually said that she didn’t blame us!"

Lovely food and excellent service, quite busy so bit of a wait between courses but well worth it.

Some staff we're polite professional others we're not but very busy the down point was waiting around 50 minutes for the food

Food was as expected Table service was slow and not very attentive a long wait for the server to take our order and follow up with an offer of dessert menu

Table was easy to book online. The staff were friendly polite (particularly a young man called Liam, who looked after our table) Food was delicious! Would definitely go back again. Thank you x

Nice to have the option of the tapas again and we had the weather to sit outside. However no hot water in the ladies toilet and the wooden floor was in need of a clean as was sticking to my shoes.

Service was excellent especially at such a busy time. The only minor complaint my partner had was the steak in the mixed grill was a little chewy, other than that the food was lovely. Will definitely visit again. Speisekarte ansehen

The girl who took our order and brought our drinks was really lovely, no query was too much trouble but it took 50 mins for our main meal to arrive which is a long time with children. The steak was poor. The queue at the salad bar was *very* long. What's with being served there? Didn't get that at all.

The staff were nice and service was good. There was just one problem we had I have a disabled daughter and unfortunately there was no suitable changing area to take her so I had to change her in the disabled toilet on the floor this was very upsetting and distressing and ruined the rest of our time at the restaurant for us.
