"a table for dinner was then informed that it was now a disco night. we agreed to continue on Friday. the meal was great. but we sat in the ground floor, but the disco was up. to access the disco, we had to go outside (close freezing temperature,) the other stairs go up, then pass the other tables to get to the dance floor. on the dance floor, not allowed drinks, which is understandable, so we had to find a window board to put our drinks and bags, so we could dance. there was also no place where the customers should sit down, so if they wanted a break, they had to go back through the top floor, down the stairs, go outside, then enter the ground floor back to our table I totally understand that the necessaryness to maximize the tables/number of customers, because the places have been hit hard, but this part of the evening was spoiling disc"

Left standing at the entrance actually blocking entrance door) The employees have not confirmed us for almost 10 minutes. Barservice ignores and employees in front of us. Very disappointing experience compared to previous visits. Will not return.

christmas eve magie by suzie and her team. a fantastic start to the festive season with a beautiful meal and live music. compliments to the cook on the duck conflict, special mention at the front of the house team (always smiling and attentive) and not forget suzie himself, with their amazing vote.

Excellent round food atmosphere service, a small problem we were told about the singer who was right in front of us. He was very good, but a little loud for us when his spokesman stood up to us. Would have been nice to be told before we sit down so that we can move. Apart from that, everything was great

Food was OK but wrong item incorrect item served was corrected dissapointed as had to call someone to give us sauces salt and pepper. Person serving should have left these on table or at least asked us if we needed them. Also the cider ordered was not right. Wrong flavoured one was served but we didn't complain.
