Good reception but dish of the day very disappointing, served cold or warm. Insipid amoricain core, served with the skin and only tagliatelle without effort of presentation, no vegetable. Suitable desert.

Very good reception. Just disappointed with my gratined drone dish. Or I received a soup of gruyère and or the dorade émietté should be widely held in a tablespoon, after 18th it made expensive.
