Hoba Kebab Bristol Centre

Fun and fresh restaurant with cheerful service and an exciting menu with traditional meats but also jack fruit and oyster mushroom vegan option which was amazing.

This kebab is delicious and possibly even nutritious, and the fact that you can get it at a pub is a bonus! There's nothing else to say except that you should definitely check it out!

So good to see Hoba set up in their new venue by the Hippodrome! Stacked Berlin-style kebabs, delicious fries, and some tasty local beers from Lost and Grounded. Super friendly service for an all-round excellent experience.

Delicious, big, quality, kebabs in a crunchy bread that is really good. Fries and sides also very tasty. The vibe of the place needs work thumping music on a Thursday lunchtime, needing voices?! Canteen like setting lacks imagination and attraction.

There is nothing to like about this kebab place. The meat is delicious and they claim all the ingredients are freshly made. The seasoning from the mother-in-law is really tasty. If they were more generous with the meat portion, I would have given them 5 stars.

Amazing place!! We had chargrilled chicken kebab, Hoba full house kebab and loaded fries with halloumi and harissa mayo. So tasty and delicious!! You can taste the difference it’s like nothing else out there! Congrats Hope, Jenny and the team! Keep being fabulous!

Visited Hoba for dinner last week with a couple of mates. We left very happy customers!! Plenty of choice on the food and drinks menu, warm, friendly service. My meal was incredibly delicious Would recommend a visit. I'm going back with my work colleagues this week and very much looking forward it!

excellent eating and friendly staff, we really enjoyed our meal here. the options for meat, veggie and vegan food choices were excellent and the quality of food was not the second. I will change it to 5* if there is a baby change table in the toilets (warned to visit parents with a baby! and also the addition of a child menu, as there was nothing really for our small child. I guess this is a new restaurant and will soon be visited again to hopefully rate it 5* after they get into a little more.

We went to Kongs to try food from Hoba for the first time. As I ordered for a friend, I asked the barman to not add the peanuts to his dish. When the food came, the chef came out to explain the food had been prepared and cooked on the other side of the kitchen and that he made sure it couldn 't have been contaminated. We couldn 't have asked for such attention when some places don 't always take it seriously. I didn 't have the heart to tell the chef our friend wasn 't as 'severely allergic ' as he had been informed. However, it shows just how seriously they take allergies which is comforting and a great reflection on the chef and his team. Food was brilliant too! We will definitely be going...
