Ideal for our overnight stay and perfectly located for the event we were attending.

The food was ok, sadly the staffing levels were inadequate for the number of diners on Friday evening.

Fantastic family meal. The food was tasty, well presented and cooked well. The staff we so friendly and went out of their way to help. It really was refreshing to see such high standards in staff. Thanks and a huge well done to your team!

The restaurant has a bright and spacious atmosphere, and it's clean and organized. The staff was friendly and quick to take care of our order. There was a great selection on the menu, and the meals we had were excellent. We didn't experience any issues whatsoever.

The lamb shank meal we had was just not VFM, the lamb shanks looked like they were from a supermarket, by vertu of their size. The plates were small to give the illusion of a larger meal. The price of drinks has also gone through the roof, so all in all not impressed. Speisekarte ansehen

The food was faultless but the serving staff did not know much info about the services offered, the meal deals and drinks selections. They did not even realise that the save the planet pale ale was past its best before date. The duty manager dealt with any issues professionally and in a timely manner.

it seems there is not much ripeness there. every young and inexperienced by a young guy who seemed apologetic about the situation and clearly should be made a manager of the art as he could see what was wrong. the eating took forever, the menu was bad, a barman absolutely stank as if he did not wash in days and his clothes were all curved. the first waitress addressed me as if I were at mcdonalds. eating was almost cold. pudding was good. the breakfast was very good, but totally overbooked. they need to get people to book slots when they are so full. it was suggested to sit in the bar away from the restaurant with 4 children to the breakfast so that I would have to go up and down all morning...

It seems that the staff could use a bit more experience. Everyone appeared quite young and inexperienced, except for one young man who seemed genuinely apologetic about the situation and clearly has the potential to be a manager, as he recognized the issues. The service was incredibly slow, the menu was lacking variety, and one of the bartenders had a strong odor, suggesting he hadn’t washed in days, and his clothes were quite wrinkled. The first waitress treated me as if I were at a fast-food restaurant. The food was nearly cold upon arrival, although the dessert was quite good.
