"What a fantastic service we received! Starting with Reception-Mathew was so lovely and informative. Our room was slightly dated but very clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant to which the staff were lovely. Dinner was very nice and all in good time. The staff all made such a fuss of our little girl who is going through chemotherapy with balloons and even a complementary drink for myself and my husband. We used the playroom which is a great asset to the hotel! Then we had full use of the pool and gym facilities until 2030. Love the team and hotel, definitely coming back. Thankyou"

The service was excellent, very friendly, and there was a great variety of food to choose from. It's particularly wonderful for families, as children eat for free!

We had a lovely dinner at the Holiday Inn Eastleigh Southampton. The restaurant was clean and modern, and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our time there!

Couldn't fault this hotel at all.. was all about the kids with free kids breakfast buffet and dinner buffett there was a children's playarea indoors. Rooms were a bit mucky looking due to carpets needing some tlc but can't fault anything else. Staff went above and beyond for us.

There was hardly and food left at 10:30 And random items like peas and green beans? Scrambled eggs and beans were covered in a hard film. Both coffee machines were self cleaning. We were seated in the middle of a nearly empty restaurant and some children were running up and down past our table. Not worth the £17 pp. We won’t go back.
