"By now I stop staring when I am in Castelfranco on aperitif time or dinner. The concept of the young children who animate is current and original, where aperitifs, dinner and after dinner are intertwined making the evenings always different and unique. Rooms furnished with taste, refined, lends itself to any kind of occasion, large outdoor space. Very interesting wine charter, small grains of the territory and of Oltralpe, a drink list of authors from creeps and the never banal bistro part with an eye of the raw material and modern preparations (the red turnip tartare will always remain in the heart). Of course, all this cannot be held up unless thanks to the passion and professionalism that the boys always put (even in the most demanding evenings always have a smile and a word for everyone). "This is a very nice restaurant. A bit hard to find but just up a few stairs to the right beside the clock tower. Reservation recommended. Excellent service, food and wine. The cheese ball appetizer was cute, tiny and delicious. The salmon with bacon was an interesting starter. The waiter recommended the beef cheek and it paired nicely with a Villbella Amerone (as did the brownie dessert). Our only complaint was that there was no soup. Oh well, maybe next time."

"Io e mio fratello decidiamo di venire a provare questo ristorante. Io persona abbastanza navigata negli stellati, lui non ci era mai stato. Il ragazzo che ci accoglie ha un 'aria formale, prefessionale, inizialmente quasi restia alla parola. Chiedo se prima di pranzare possiamo bere un aperitivo. A questo punto ci si comincia a sciagliere dalle formalità e si scambiano due battute sorseggiando un miscelato basilico, cannella liquirizia e gin. Dopo circa 20 minuti saliamo in sala da pranzo e decidiamo cosa mangiare. Optiamo per il menù 'Anima '. Tutto buono, oserei descriverlo come un mangiare divertente, giochi di consistenza azseccatissimi e colori ben studiato, nulla però di impensabile. Unico appunto da fare sui piatti, la presentazione del dolce 'Pina Colada ' che rispetto al resto lascia un po ' desiderare. Abbinamento vino a dir poco perfetto, non sono sommelier, ma i sentori del alcool si sposano perfettamente con il cibo. Ho bevuto bicchieri molto interessanti dai gusti e profumi molto decisi (ricordo pienamente fragole e frutti di bosco tra i rossi). Se il locale nasce effettivamente con la filosofia di far avvicinare tutti al mondo della cucina stellata, sicuramente ci sono riusciti. Per chi come me è già stato in diversi posti dello stesso (se non superiore) calibro, troverà alcune piccole pecche come la ripetizione di pochi ingredienti nel menù, che però tengo a sottolineare, a quanto ho capito, è composto di 3 classici dello chef e 5 piatti creati per durare in breve lasso di tempo in menù. Nel complesso si mangia bene e si spende il giusto, come prima esperienza stellata può essere la giusta tappa."

"After a difficult experience of finding the restaurant (don 't trust Apple Maps, it was at the back of the Church through the carpark. we were welcomed in to their authentic and understated dining room. There is no written menu, probably because it changes daily, so the head chef himself talked through each dish at the table. Despite their lack of English and our lack of Italian and with good humor on both sides, a series of delicious and creative dishes arrived at our table. Think Slow Food , organic wine authentic Veneto experience."

"the place has a great potential, small and well-kept in detail, very warm and welcoming location. kind and prepared staff. However, there are some gaps that could be improved, the dishes very large and uncomfortable, you could change with more cute and smaller dishes, the interesting menu, but a little disappointing, I thought I could eat better all this. I've heard about this place, and the photos have always attracted me.
