excellent impeccable kitchen service we came for friture and pôchouse, perfect. Lamb mouse too. The impeccable wine too. it is necessary to count the aperitif and the wine at least but justified.

The owner Didier is a great chef and perfect host and he is assisted by a team of dedicated staff, nothing is too much and they are ever ready to help in anyway. What a relaxed and stress free stay. We called on Mr. Denis and his team for our cocktail dinner at our wedding. The quality of the products, the service, their kindness and their friendliness made this day a wonderful moment for our guests! Appetizers as diverse as they are succulent, from aperitif to dessert! Hostellerie Bourguignonne is one of those places that utterly surprises you. Located in the middle of the small Verdun-sur-le-Doubs, the outside might deceive you, but once you enter the beautifully ornamented garden you understand you are in for a treat. The reception was kind and helpful, the table was set for us (a party of 5), and not long after we arrived, the appetizers began to arrive. The menú was divided in fish and meat options (beef and lamb), one member of our party was vegetarian and they had no problem whatsoever to adapt the menú to meet their dietary restrictions.
