Ice Gem Gelato - Speisekarte

Milkshake was okay, not as thick as I thought it would be But the waffle was TOP NOTCH. Very nice, friendly staff and will be ordering again.

one of our deserts was over boiled. they changed the ice taste without asking one of our deserts and completely forgetting. no apologies, just talk. we will never use this place again! Speisekarte ansehen

3 of us visit. only people there have all ordered a keksteig. it all came individually so that we all never at once ate as they all come 10mins apart. I understand they have to cook them, but why was that not done and brought together?

I took the kids to this Ice cream parlour as a treat. The chap serving ‘Subhan’ (I think) was super helpful and made some great recommendations. The portion sizes were huge, so we even came away with a doggy bag! The Oreo cheesecake was yummy!!

Such a lovely clean shop, friendly staff and brilliant prices, I have been here many times and couldn’t recommend it enough! One of the staff members . Hammad was exceptionally attentive and went out of his way to make our time in the shop above and beyond.I will be telling all of my friends and family that this is the place to be! Lack of attentiveness from staff. Asked for a spoon for my sons dessert twice and was told they will bring it with the virgin mojito. The mojito came with lemonade and a slice of lime, when I asked the waiter about the missing mint, he said that’s the virgin mojito… so I payed over for lemonade and a slice of lime?? I gave up at this point.

I took my son here for ice cream, we had a lovely welcome from the staff members working on arrival. There was a huge choice of ice cream, sorbets, waffles, cakes and crepes and they all looked delicious! We sat inside and had our ice cream and sorbet and it was honestly top quality! I had a gorgeous coffee to finish made by a staff member, he bought it to my table after we sat down. The service was really good, food and drinks are excellent and it was clean and spacious inside the shop. Thanks so much, we will definitely be back again!

So I'm on a mission to lose some weight and get healthy, my daughter was adamant she wanted to come here for dessert. We heard it was under new management, so we were a little apprehensive. However, I enjoyed it before, but I used always get a waffle. We walked in, and the new owner was there to greet us. He told me straight away there weren't any waffles available, and to have some would be a half-hour wait. The waffles were the reason we went. I almost walked out of there, but my daughter wanted the ice cream instead. So we were a group of My children made their order and enjoyed it; the youngest one went for that blue ice cream.
