"Spectacular location vith a 180 degree view on the lake. Variety of menu was 3/5, quality 4/5, not happy with the service as there was one waiter who behaved in a quite rude manner, probbaly because he was overwhelmed. Overall, I still recommend going, mainly for the view. The place would be stunning with a bit of investment in personnel and cuisine."

A restaurant with amazing lake views, good food and great service. We were 30 minutes late but they stayed even after their closing time and served us. Would definitely recommend to try the local dishes.

"The restaurant offers a good range of local food like fish from the lake. It's great to have Ravioli, Tortellini, Polenta or more as an alternative for pizza which we've eaten a lot during our stay. By the way you can order Bavarian beer here as well as IPA. The prices are normal between 10-16€ for a main gear. It is located in the very centre of Mandello close to the Moto Guzzi factory. You find old pics and merchandising stuff in the restaurant which gives the atmosphere a nice local charme. We can definitely recommend this restaurant even for a romantic dinner as well as an evening with friends."

"Expensive and poor service. Meal started off well, staff were attentive, wine was nice. After ordering 4 out of 5 meals arrived after 10 minutes and then the last dish we had to ask TWICE for it after another 10 minutes turned out it hadn’t even been made and we had to wait for the kitchen to make the dish. This meant one person was sat watching us eat ours as they were going cold. The staff didn’t seem to care that we were waiting and they didn’t even apologise."

"Good location, there are several restaurants nearby. But the prices are high. There is free parking 200-300 meters from the hotel. There is also a beautiful waterfront nearby. The room is very warm (January), there is everything you need, including towels, soap, shampoo, cream, hair dryer, kettle, tea, refrigerator, bottle of water and more. Our room was on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Very quiet, you can't hear your neighbors. The only negative is that there are not enough curtains or blinds. At night, the light of the lantern was very disturbing and in the evenings people in the neighboring house could watch us in the room and also in the bathroom. The breakfast is modest, but enough to have a snack. There is bread, baguette, cheese, ham, croissants, pie, toast, butter, cereal, yogurt, etc. In general, everything was good, I liked it."

"we stopped in this very nice trattoria several times, both for lunch and aperitif. The quality of food and wine is very good and prices are very honest. to try the pasta with the super creamy and tasty clams. Moreover the view on the lake is very relaxing and pleasant. for the rest, working in the catering in my turn, I can only compliment the staff: smiling, available and pleasant even in the warm Sundays of August (also already past the time of end of service). Nice to meet you. Thank you."

"Dopo una bella camminata non c'è niente di meglio che fermarsi a mangiare in questo rifugio. Il tagliere di salumi e fornaggi è ottimo come antipasto, ma il piatto forte è il bis di primi, nello specifico polenta taragna con formaggio fuso e pizzoccheri. Una goduria estrema, soprattutto dopo una sudata per salire, al punto che mi ha provocato una evidente erezione difficile da reprimere. Burro in quantità industriale e grassi saturi vari rendono impossibile mangiare troppo spesso queste prelibatezze, ma ogni tanto ci vuole. In bocca al lupo per la digestione, preparatevi ad una lenta agonia, soprattutto se avete in mente di completare il giro ad anello, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena."
